Donna McLean is a mum of teenage twins, writer and activist. Originally from Ayrshire, she is currently studying for an MA in Creative Writing at Queen’s University in Belfast. Donna’s memoir, Small Town Girl, about her experience of being deceived into a long-term relationship by an undercover police officer, was published by Hodder Studio in February 2022 and she has a regular opinion column in the Press and Journal newspaper.
