Fermentations is a podcast exploring the intersections between gender and gastronomy. Created between Scotland and Sweden, the podcast is hosted by podcast producer, Amanda Stanley, and chef and food consultant, Kate Bailey.
Fermentations strives to centre conversations with women who are working in the world of food, particularly at the intersections of gender, race, and immigrant experiences. Series one of the podcast offers interviews with a wide range of women including, Michelin Star chef Dalad Kambhu, James Beard and Emmy Award winning chef and New York Times bestselling author, Gabrielle Hamilton, and also Great British Bake Off star and author, Ruby Tandoh.
