Indra Adnan and Pat Kane

Pat Kane (www.patkane.global) is a writer, musician, futurist and activist. He has been on the board of Yes Scotland and Common Weal, was a founding editor of The Sunday Herald and author of The Play Ethic, and is still one half of Hue And Cry. Pat is a co-initiator of The Alternative Global, Spring’s parent organisation.

Indra Adnan is founder and co-initiator of The Alternative Global, and a psycho-social therapist, journalist and author. Her book The Politics of Waking Up: Power and Possibility In The Fractal Age was a Times Literary Supplement Book of the Year in 2021. She has consulted to the World Economic Forum, Indian and Finnish governments, the Scottish Executive, and the Institute of Contemporary Arts amongst others. She has written extensively for The Guardian and The Huffington Post, and her publications Soft Power Agenda, New Times and Is the Party Over? are available on www.indraadnan.global
