Malcolm Combe

Malcolm is a senior lecturer in Scots private law who has been working in the land reform field for many years. He was an advisor to the Land Reform Review Group and the Deer Working Group (which reported in 2014 and 2019 respectively). He is a member of the Scottish Land Fund committee.
