We don’t always recognise the discomfort of loss as grief and there are understandable reasons why we protect ourselves or others from these ‘difficult’ feelings. However, there is release and ease to be found in identifying a feeling, even welcoming it and allowing it to move through us.

We hope that what we have shared through ‘Our Body of Grief’ might offer you a chance to acknowledge grief while honouring some aspect of the loss you are experiencing.
