Bella Chat – Hannah Lavery

In our latest Bella Chat, I speak to Playwright, Poet and Director Hannah Lavery about her recent work. Hannah has recently been appointed as Edinburgh’s Makar; she wrote and directed Lament for Sheku Bayoh at this years Edinburgh Festival at the same time as her adaptation of Dr Jeckyl and Mr Hyde was being staged at Pitlochry Festival Theatre. We also talk about her collaborations with Beldina Odenyo and others on her film 13 Fragments and the forthcoming show Blood, Salt, Spring at the Push The Boat Out Festival next month
