I hesitate to recommend the podcast Democracy:Differently, but I find its questioning interesting from a political science perspective, and it’s only about a 40-minute episode every fortnight. The first episode is essentially an interview with someone who denies there is much to be concerned about, but then the series sets about sourcing various contrary views from academics, head of NGOs, and um Labour MP Anneliese Dodds (maybe skip that one).

You hear some European voices, about some actual research rather than mere opinion, and there are some bonus episodes on current/breaking issues. I don’t think the options are radical enough, but at least they are usually considering constitutional rethinks/redesigns, and feature mostly serious-sounding people.
