Dylan Howel hails from the Scottish Borders.
He focuses his interest in writing on issues such as migration, land reform, and social justice – always with humans at the heart of the story. He is the former editor-in-chief of Ethnographic Encounters, an academic publication based at the University of St. Andrews.
Dylan received the accolade of Scotland Young Thinker of the Year 2021 for his speech at the conference entitled – ‘Land Reform: Re-Shaping Scotland’s Social Landscape.’
