Sophie Suliman is a Scottish-Egyptian Glasgow-based artist, performer, and writer who worked globally in the humanitarian sector for ten years on disaster response. They received a scholarship to undertake a residency at the New York Academy of Art and participated in a residency with House for an Art Lover – resulting in an exhibition of work exploring borders, race, and nation. They currently study at the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland and are a member of Trig Point Collective.
