Groove On – Bella’s Playlist 1

We’re opening out an invitation for people to create playlists for the Corona time. This will maybe give us all some fresh tunes to listen to, for the many people who are not able to go to work, are working from home, are involuntarily unemployed, or are juggling massive amounts of unscheduled childcare. So we’re wondering if anyone wants to help by creating a playlist for us? We’ll be making and sharing great music each day to help people self-isolating. Here’s how it works – we want music in any genre/any mix – of between 12 and 24 tracks and we’re doing it on Soundcloud. This is a potluck supper. Bring anything. Extensive sleave notes are welcome. There’s a variety of other ways Bella will be trying to be helpful in the following weeks. More tomorrow. To kick us off here’s Stewart Bremner’s taster of 60s and 70s classics:

This is after midnight music. Something for when it’s dark and quiet outside. There are no liner notes here, just me talking – a bit quietly – in between the tracks with just a wee bit about each of them.
