Our ‘rewards’ for supporting our 2026 crowdfunding are just a thank you really. But one reward is part of a long-term project we have had here at Bella, that is charting the toxic legacy of the British State. Our map, Scotland the Dump, produced by the wonderful Magnificent Octopus Illustration is being prepared for shipping right now.
The map details the weapons ranges, munitions, biological and chemical weapons dumps and nuclear waste scattered around Scotland.
Including Beaufort’s Dyke, the Holy Loch, Cape Wrath, Gruinard Island and more.

Many Bio, chemical and nuclear tests were conducted surreptitiously on the general public and military personnel without informed consent through the 50’s and 60’s – some were horrifically injured others had their risk of cancer and other related illnesses greatly increased due to their roles as guinea pigs
Is the Ladybank landfill still on fire?
Shouldn’t landfill sites be included on the map?
No because landfill sites aren’t the result of our interaction with the British State or the MoD.
