  1. Graeme Purves says:

Another excellent Scottish theatre history primer is ‘A Noble Clown’, Michael Daviot’s solo play about the life of the Scottish actor Duncan Macrae (1905 – 1967), which was staged at the Scottish Storytelling Centre, Edinburgh, on 30 November and 1 December 2024. It deserves a Scottish tour. Catch it if it gets one!
